The Vision

PrintLinks exists to eliminate the need to share personal documents with strangers just to get them printed. Today, printing means sending files over WhatsApp or email to devices and inboxes you don't control. Your documents can be saved, forwarded, or accessed later—without your knowledge. Even when this feels unsafe, people still do it because there is no better option.

PrintLinks changes this by giving you control over exactly who can access your files, for how long, and only for the purpose of printing. Your files aren't shared—they are temporarily released. You can disable access at any time, so your documents don't live beyond the print job.

What we're building

We're building a simple system that turns your files into a controlled print job—while making printing faster and more convenient.

You can prepare your print job from anywhere—at home, on the way, or even have someone else send it for you. Upload files through the app or send them to the PrintLinks WhatsApp agent, and get a secure link or a simple code. At the store, just share it—no resending files, no back-and-forth.

The store retrieves and prints your files, while you stay in control. No unnecessary file sharing. No loose copies. Just direct printing.

Where we are starting

We are starting with secure, shareable print jobs that work at any store today, built around three principles:

A better way to print

Instead of sending files directly to a store's WhatsApp or email, you share a PrintLink or code. The store uses it to print—without you handing over your documents.

Step by step, we aim to replace “Just send it on WhatsApp or email” with a better default: share a controlled print job and stay in control.
